Thrift Stores

Mountain Mission operates two thrift stores. Sales from our thrift stores help finance our Emergency Assistance Programs. Donations of items in working and usable conditions by generous people throughout the Kanawha Valley are greatly appreciated.

We accept the following:

  • Clothing
    • Adult men and women
    • Infants and children
    • Maternity Clothing
    • Shoes, Jackets, Accessories
  • Furniture and Appliances
    • Working, electric items such as Washers, Dryers, Stoves and Refrigerators
    • Couches, Love Seats, Chairs, Tables
    • Mattresses, Box Springs, Bedroom Items
    • Dining Sets
  • Everyday Items
    • Toys, Books
    • Dishes, Kitchenware, Linens, Pictures
    • Tools, Lawn Equipment
We are excited to announce that we now are able to bale clothing in order to recycle and help in other areas of the United States and abroad. Any clothing that is donated to us that we are unable to use in our programs or thrift stores will be baled and sent to other areas for help. This helps create additional income for our local programs and also supplies clothing to areas that are in desperate need. Thank you for helping us help others!
